SAP SuccessFactors provides a solid database for HR Controlling on which to build stable HR reporting.  In practice, however, integration with analytics tools is often not successful for a variety of reasons, so that valid statements cannot be made for HR management, or can only be made at considerable expense in terms of time.

Due to increasingly hybrid system landscapes, “data collection” not only causes considerable effort to consolidate the data in the business warehouse, but is also prone to errors due to manual importing of Excel and CSV files.
