In addition, there is the Platform as a Service (PaaS) areas and, as the third component, the Software as a Service area, also known by the abbreviated form SaaS.\r\n\r\nIaaS describes the possibility for customers to gain access to IT services. This means storing data and accessing computing power. A look at the key components proves that AWS is a versatile solution. It is not for nothing that AWS is one of the prestigious providers &#8211; when it comes to cloud computing services.\r\n\r\nThe current figures from 2020 prove that AWS continues to be the leader in many areas &#8211; there are reasons for this and we have summarized the most important advantages in a little more detail below.\r\n\r\nFirstly, there is the cost factor. AWS is among the providers where you pay significantly less. Cost efficiency in particular is the main reason why AWS is the right choice for many customers. You only have to pay for the services that you actually use.\r\n\r\nAnother factor is availability. Thus, AWS gives you the chance to react with your team to any market changes and to use the services at any time.\r\n\r\nOther advantages:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Network, because of the multiple availabilities, the AWS Cloud allows for trouble-free use. In contrast to the competition, however, these are much more minor blemishes and fewer major errors or weaknesses.\r\n\r\nOne drawback is the consulting because AWS is mainly aimed at companies with large know-how. For smaller and medium-sized companies, there is the chance to integrate external consulting companies or service providers such as managed public cloud providers &#8211; but all this is by no means optimal.\r\n\r\nThe second and final weakness is orientation. Due to the wide range of services on offer, beginners, in particular, find it somewhat difficult to get to grips with the cloud at the start.\r\n\r\nOnce oriented, however, the service is in a class of its own. Since the users of the AWS Cloud do not learn anything about the data centres (which are managed by Amazon), many potential users bypass the company.\r\n\r\nHowever, this is not necessary, because Amazon&#8217;s cloud is one of the absolutely secure providers in the industry. This can already be seen on the website.
