Ka\u017ee se da ljudi koriste samo 10% svog mozga. Imate li osje\u0107aj da je tako i s va\u0161om poslovnom analizom? Dodire li mit o 10% u sr\u017e stvari?<\/h2>\r\nPoslovna analiza je neophodna za poslovni uspjeh. To bi bio lijep moto za na\u0161 CSC2020. Ali ove godine je sve druga\u010dije u CubeServu: zbog krize Covid 19 morali smo otkazati na\u0161 CubeServ kongres. U posljednjih nekoliko godina koristili smo to za \u017eivu razmjenu izme\u0111u kupaca. Razmjena najrazli\u010ditijih perspektiva u raspravama i na taj na\u010din dobivanje prijedloga rje\u0161enja ili pristupa je ono \u0161to za mene \u010dini ovaj kongres toliko vrijednim.\r\n\r\nUnato\u010d tome, na\u0161i se klijenti suo\u010davaju s velikim izazovima \u2013 a Analytics im mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i. Potencijal postoje\u0107ih internih rje\u0161enja \u010desto se ne vidi dovoljno. Novi pojmovi bruje okolo i dovode do dupliciranja umjesto spajanja razli\u010ditih pristupa.\r\n\r\nU nedavnim raspravama s kupcima stalno se postavljaju ista pitanja:\r\n

    SAP Analytics temelji se na potrebama poslovnih korisnika<\/h2>\r\nSa svojim modernim alatima, SAP Analytics nudi dobru osnovu za uspostavljanje osnove za platformu poslovne analize. SAP Analytics Cloud korisnicima odjela nudi \u0161irok raspon mogu\u0107nosti. I moje kolege ovdje pokazuju impresivne primjere. Tehnologija je va\u017ean gra\u0111evni element za dobro rje\u0161enje. Jednako mi je va\u017eno uspostaviti analiti\u010dki proces.\r\n\r\nDobra projektna metoda pomogla mi je u mojim projektima da uspostavim takav proces. Znanje iz tisu\u0107a projekata preto\u010dilo se u upravljanje projektima “Body of Knowledge” kao i u okvir upravljanja arhitekturom “TOGAF”. Obje metode su mi pomogle da uspje\u0161no provedem projekte. Oni pru\u017eaju dobar okvir koji, uz osje\u0107aj za mjeru i zdrav razum, jam\u010di dobre rezultate.\r\n\r\nNeki odjeli SAP-a jako su usredoto\u010deni na rad postoje\u0107ih BI aplikacija. Smatram da postoji veliki potencijal u kori\u0161tenju dodatnih alata (npr. Power BI, Tableau, R-Studio, Jupyter Notebook, Google Analytics) za najbolju mogu\u0107u implementaciju novih zahtjeva s heterogenim izvorima podataka. Mislim da bi bilo pogre\u0161no prepustiti ovaj potencijal samo novim stru\u010dnjacima.\r\n\r\nSa svojim analiti\u010dkim proizvodima, SAP pru\u017ea pravu viziju. Ve\u0107 danas se vide mnogi dobri pristupi. Mnogi korisnici o\u010dajavaju jer proizvodi (jo\u0161) nisu dostupni za \u0161irok raspon primjena. Ne mogu stvoriti savr\u0161eni SAP svijet za svoje kupce. No, moji kupci uspijevaju kreirati prikladne BI aplikacije za sebe uz pomo\u0107 na\u0161ih savjeta.\r\n\r\nModerna rje\u0161enja postaju jo\u0161 sna\u017enija:\r\n

    • koristite “low hanging fruits” aplikaciju kao \u0161to je S\/4HANA,<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Uspostavite SAP Data Warehouse Cloud za model poslovnih podataka i<\/li>\r\n \t
    • push platformu za izvje\u0161\u0107ivanje SAP Analytics Cloud.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nOve nove aplikacije mogu se uspje\u0161no uspostaviti samo ako svaki pojedini korisnik izravno osjeti dodanu vrijednost. Korisnik s pravom shva\u0107a da se njegove preporuke slu\u0161aju i ugra\u0111uju u ova rje\u0161enja. Zahtjevi za vlastitim alatima ne do\u017eivljavaju se kao prijete\u0107i, ve\u0107 su integrirani u platformu.\r\n\r\nDigitalna prodaja za mene je primjer uspje\u0161ne transformacije i digitalizacije va\u017enog poslovnog procesa. Osobni kontakt ostaje temelj za povjerljiv i blizak odnos izme\u0111u kupca i konzultanta. Nove teme i inovativna rje\u0161enja mogu se lako distribuirati digitalno. Mo\u017eda ste ve\u0107 primijetili na\u0161e rje\u0161enje \u201cPeople Plan\u201d? S rje\u0161enjem i popratnim marketingom, u mogu\u0107nosti smo savladati balans izme\u0111u \u017eelje da se svima poka\u017ee dodana vrijednost i besmislenog uznemiravanja.\r\n

      • Arhitektonski principi za transparentno rukovanje podacima<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nNa kraju ovog malog posta na blogu \u017eelio bih se predstaviti: ja sam Adrian Bourcevet. Prije 25 godina otkrio sam svoju strast za analizom. AOK za Donju Sasku dao mi je \u010dvrste temelje s dualnim studijskim programom i prvim koracima kao revizor tro\u0161kova primanja. Tu sam prvi put upoznao izvje\u0161\u0107a i baze podataka.\r\n\r\nPrilika da pomognem u razvoju industrijskog rje\u0161enja SAP-a za zakonsko zdravstveno osiguranje dovela me u SAP Njema\u010dku. Ove godine obilje\u017eile su intenzivno usavr\u0161avanje, po\u010detno projektno iskustvo i ulazak u analiti\u010dki CRM.\r\n\r\nVe\u0107 tada su ciljevi bili kori\u0161tenje naprednih analiti\u010dkih metoda kako bi se mogle davati izjave za budu\u0107nost. Analiti\u010dki CRM uvijek je zna\u010dio izgradnju ili pro\u0161irenje baze podataka.\r\n\r\nOvo je bio trenutak za izgradnju Enterprise Data Warehouse. Uz SAP BW i Analysis Process Designer (APD), na\u0161 je projektni tim mogao napraviti prve korake prema poslovnoj analitici sa SAP-om.\r\n\r\nGodine 2004. do\u0161lo je vrijeme da pre\u0111em na stranu korisnika. Za Volkswagen banku dobio sam zadatak optimalno pripremiti banku za Basel II. Skalabilna, integrirana rje\u0161enja u SAP BW bila su osnova za uspjeh projekta. Godine 2008. preselio sam se u CubeServ AG u \u0160vicarskoj. Ubrzo sam preuzeo odgovornost za Enterprise Data Warehousing. Danas smo moj tim i ja odgovorni za razvoj i upravljanje grupom CubeServ.\r\n\r\nZa mene savjetovanje zna\u010di razviti najbolje rje\u0161enje za kupce te ih otvoreno i iskreno savjetovati.
