Functionality
Planning for headcounts and HR costs is performed at employee level on the basis of personnel actions, such as Hiring, Pay Scale Assignment, Organizational Reassignment, etc., in different scenarios. The planning is performed per month, based on previously generated planning proposals. The effects of planned personnel actions on the HR costs are immediately visible and the correlations are clear to see.
